By creating an account, accessing, or using Zendish, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use Zendish.

Zendish is an AI-powered wellness and nutrition platform that helps users discover recipes, create meal plans, track nutrition, monitor daily wellness habits, and receive AI-assisted guidance related to healthy living. Zendish is intended for educational, informational, and general wellness purposes only. Zendish is not a healthcare provider and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Any content provided through the Service, including recipes, meal plans, nutrition information, wellness insights, and AI-generated recommendations, should not be relied upon as medical advice. Before making significant changes to your diet, exercise routine, supplementation, or lifestyle, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Certain features of Zendish require an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep that information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact us immediately. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, compromise the security of the Service, engage in abusive activity, or create legal or operational risks for Zendish or other users.

When using Zendish, you agree not to: - Violate any applicable law or regulation. - Upload, share, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or offensive content. - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, our systems, or other user accounts. - Interfere with the security, integrity, performance, or operation of the platform. - Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service except where permitted by law. - Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technologies to access or collect data from the Service without our prior written permission. - Use Zendish in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including restricting or terminating access to the Service.

Zendish offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans may be offered on a monthly, annual, or one-time purchase basis, depending on the subscription selected. Payments are processed through Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription, Paddle is responsible for payment processing, tax handling, invoicing, and related payment administration. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and renewal charges. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the billing tools provided by Paddle. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not result in the immediate termination of your current subscription period. Unless otherwise stated, fees paid for subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as described in our Refund Policy. We may update pricing from time to time. If a pricing change affects an active subscription, we will provide advance notice before the change takes effect.

Zendish uses artificial intelligence to generate recipes, meal plans, nutrition estimates, wellness insights, and other personalized content. While we continuously improve our systems, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or recommendations that are not appropriate for every individual. By using the Service, you acknowledge that: - AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. - Nutritional values, calorie estimates, and health-related information are estimates and may not always be accurate. - Personal circumstances, medical conditions, allergies, medications, and dietary restrictions may affect the suitability of recommendations. - You are responsible for evaluating whether any recommendation is appropriate for your own situation. Zendish cannot guarantee that recipes, ingredients, or recommendations will be free from allergens or compatible with every dietary requirement. Users with allergies or medical conditions should independently verify all information before acting on it.

Zendish and its underlying technology, software, design elements, trademarks, branding, content, and proprietary systems are owned by Zendish or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, Zendish grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes. You retain ownership of any content, information, or materials you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Zendish a limited worldwide license to host, store, process, display, and use that content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, and providing the Service.

We work hard to keep Zendish available, reliable, and secure. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times. From time to time, access to the Service may be limited or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, security measures, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Zendish may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zendish and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption. Zendish provides wellness, nutrition, and informational services only and does not guarantee that the Service will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zendish's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of: - The amount you paid to Zendish during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or - One hundred United States dollars (USD $100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may stop using Zendish and close your account at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if: - You violate these Terms. - Your use of the Service creates security, legal, operational, or reputational risks. - We are required to do so by law. - Continued access would negatively affect Zendish, our users, or our partners. Termination does not affect any rights, obligations, or liabilities that accrued before termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, legal requirements, or technology. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service, email, or another appropriate communication method. Your continued use of Zendish after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
