Overview

We want you to feel confident when purchasing Zendish. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for subscriptions and one-time purchases made through Zendish. All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued in accordance with this Policy, applicable consumer protection laws, and Paddle's payment requirements.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription plans renew automatically every month until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel: - Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. - You will continue to have access to paid features until that period ends. - Your subscription will not renew for future billing periods. Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law or where otherwise stated in this Policy.

2. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed as a single upfront payment for twelve (12) months of access. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial purchase date. After the fourteen-day refund period has expired, annual subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you cancel an annual subscription after the refund period, your subscription will remain active until the end of the prepaid annual term and will not renew automatically.

3. Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plans provide ongoing access to the purchased plan level for as long as Zendish continues to operate and offer that plan. You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase date. After the fourteen-day refund period has expired, lifetime plan purchases are generally non-refundable.

4. Billing Errors and Exceptional Circumstances

We will review refund requests outside the standard refund window in situations such as: - Duplicate charges. - Incorrect billing amounts. - Technical errors that resulted in an unintended purchase. - Unauthorized transactions, subject to verification. - Extended service disruptions that materially prevent access to paid features. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@zendish.app Please include: - The email address associated with your Zendish account. - Your Paddle order number or transaction reference (if available). - A brief description of the issue. We aim to review refund requests within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and fairly. Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of the refund process may result in suspension or termination of access to Zendish.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights that you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local laws provide additional refund rights or cancellation rights, those rights will apply.
